1. Booking Requests
Submitting the booking form sends Big Jay's Gaming a request for your preferred date, time, location, package, and event details. Your event is not reserved until availability is confirmed and any required deposit or payment instructions are completed.
2. Payments and Deposits
Payment details, deposits, balances, and due dates will be provided after your request is reviewed. Do not submit card numbers or sensitive payment information through the booking form.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Big Jay's Gaming as soon as possible. Rescheduling is based on availability. Deposits, if collected, may be subject to the cancellation terms provided during final confirmation.
4. Event Location and Setup
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible setup area for the gaming truck. The area must allow enough room for arrival, parking, operation, and departure. Big Jay's Gaming may decline or adjust service if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or not approved for the event.
5. Weather, Safety, and Service Changes
Service may be delayed, paused, rescheduled, or canceled when weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, travel conditions, or venue restrictions make the event unsafe or impractical. Big Jay's Gaming will work with you on the best available option.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the equipment, staff, and other guests with respect. Big Jay's Gaming may stop service if behavior becomes unsafe, abusive, destructive, or disruptive.
7. Games and Content
Game availability may vary by system updates, age ratings, licensing, equipment, and event needs. Specific game requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed before the event.
8. Liability
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of booking information and for securing permission to use the event location. Big Jay's Gaming is not responsible for delays or service limits caused by inaccurate information, unavailable parking, venue restrictions, or unsafe conditions outside its control.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false booking requests, attempt to access private admin areas, or interfere with the operation of the site.
10. Updates to These Terms
Big Jay's Gaming may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you submit a booking request.
